Dr. Nagaraj Reddy has about 18 years of experience in running international business, in-depth domain knowledge of the IT industry.
Has a successful track record of running business and awarded as best entrepreneur by CSB in 1995. Has trained on Portal and BI technologies. Successfully led major projects in Europe, US and India right from bagging the project, project scoping, Project management and implementation. He has wide contacts in the IT industry both within and outside the country. He has successfully architected two product framworks, Enpower(Employee portal on Java Platform) and NRHBI (BI framwork on IBM Cognos and Microsoft BI), he is a Medical graduate with MBA Degree and he is also a active Member of AKKA and South Asian Chamber of Commerce, New Jersey.

He is also a Tie member in New Jersey & Bangalore. He also runs his infrastructure company NR Group (www.nrgroup.info). He is also a trustee & board of Director of a NGO "Love and Joy Foundation". www.lajfoundation.org. He loves sports, music & movies. He plays Tennis and Golf.

Sujit Ghosh - Director, Sales & Marketing

Sujit Ghosh has over 20 years of sales, sales management experience. He began as a salesperson, consistently exceeded quota and expectations and was promoted to management, handling direct and indirect sales channels. He has worked as Practice Director, leading a very successful Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing practice and software testing practice for a privately held systems integration companies in California.

Sujit has been directly responsible for managing inside and outside sales and marketing teams. He also managed offshore development team responsible for data warehousing/Business Intelligence projects. Currently the CEO for NRIT Inc, a New jersey based Business Intelligence/ Data Warehousing consulting firm. Responsibilities include managing sales and marketing teams, service delivery and offshore facility in India. Developed and maintained partner relationships with key firms such as IBM, Cognos, Business Objects, Informatica, and SAS. Notable clients serviced by Sujit include Wells Fargo Bank, Countrywide, Gateway Computers, Warner Music Group, Lamps Plus, Trader Joes.

Sujit is the Program Chair for Southern California Quality Assurance Association (www.scqaa.net), a software testing networking group in affiliated by QAI Worldwide and West Coast Technology Forum, a leading networking place for IT professionals. The members include senior managers from Bank of America, Amgen, WellPoint, Farmers Insurance, Fiserv etc.

Prof. Peter Sachsenmeier – Director of Operations, Europe

Prof. Peter Sachsenmeier is the CEO of IMAG Information Management AG, a Switzerland based International Management Consulting firm and has been included into the Board of Aviana Nrit as the Director of Operations - Europe. He has more than twenty years of professional experience in strategy and business development, and has performed business, banking, health, IT and communications consulting at the highest levels. He is particularly experienced in complex international projects and business development. His work combines business, finance, technology and behavioral aspects in a unique, holistic way. Alongside his international business interests, he continues to teach information management and project management at major universities. He was for a time CEO of a large Canadian e-learning multimedia company, also CEO of a Swiss investment company, and continues as non-executive director of various international companies. At home in Oxford England, he is also a distinguished member of the German Academy for Science and Technology, Acatech.

O.V.Ramesh – Technical Director of HO & development center,India

Mr Ramesh brings a wealth of Technology and Project Management Experience from his prior Engagements as BI Product Specialist and Technology Consultant with Tata-IBM, Nokia (USA) and Rocket Software (USA). Mr. Ramesh is seasoned IT professional with successful career of over 19 years, including 15 years of experience working in USA in the area of Decision Support Systems, Business Intelligence, Data Visualization and high-performance entities and relationship extraction system from unstructured data. He co-founded ObjectPlex Technologies.

Mr. Ramesh holds a Masters degree in Computer Applications from Mysore University.
